Esthetician Hybrid Program

Our Esthetician Hybrid Program is a specialty course covering all aspects of skin care and makeup, delivered in a blended format that combines online theory instruction with hands-on practical training completed on campus. Successful completion of this course and of the State Program Examination and licensure allows the graduate esthetician to perform facials (manual and electrical), eyebrow arching and hair removal (other than by electrolysis), makeup artistry, and to work as a skin-care product representative.
Mission & Objectives
The Esthetician Program is offered in a hybrid format that blends online instruction with hands-on training. The technical (theory) portion of the curriculum is completed through distance education on our online learning platform, and all practical operations — services performed on another person or a mannequin — are completed in person at our Los Angeles campus under the supervision of licensed instructors.
Students must complete both the online theory hours and the in-person practical hours to satisfy the total clock-hour requirement and qualify for graduation. The total program hours, curriculum, and licensure outcome are identical to our standard on-campus program.
